Raspberry Ridge Farms C.I.T's (Counsellor-In Training)
Ages 16-18 for the March Break, July and August Programs

Free Dll DownloadThe Raspberry Ridge Farms C.I.T program has been promoting leadership and job skills in youth since 1994.

Former C.I.T.'s have gone on to become vets, economic development officers, social workers, coaches, government athletic program advisors, an ecosystems management technologist, a banker, teachers, graduate students, world class athletes etc.

Participants learn to further their communication skills, work as part of a team, learn to prioritize under the pressure of a busy schedule and sometimes unexpected events, learn some basic leadership skills. This is excellent experience for anyone thinking of getting their coaching certification in the future.

We continue to get job reference calls regarding the skills acquired as many as 10 years after the participant has completed the program, which leads us to believe that this type of leadership skills training is highly valued by employees. A certificate of achievement will be given to applicants who complete a minimum of two weeks.
